This privacy policy describes how and when we collect, use and share information when you buy an item from us, sign up for our newsletter, contact us or use our services. This privacy statement does not apply to the practices of third parties that are beyond our control and beyond our control.
The information we collect
To complete your order, you must provide us with certain information, with your authorization, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment details and details of the product you have ordered. You may decide to provide us with additional personal information (for example to order a custom wallpaper), if you contact us directly.
Why we need your information and how we use it

We use your information to provide the services you have requested and in our legitimate interest to improve our services; and 2) Compliance with the Seller Regulations and the Terms & Conditions of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Terms & Conditions.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about our customers is important to our business. We will only share your personal information for limited reasons and circumstances, as follows: • Service Providers. We use trusted third parties to perform some functions and to provide services to our shop, such as delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only as necessary to perform these services. • Company transfers. If we go through with the sale or merger of our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law. • Compliance with the law. Data Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with our services, as set out in my Privacy Policy. However, we may be required to retain such data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce contracts. Typically, we keep your data for the following period of time: 4 years.
Transfers of personal information outside the EU
We may store and process your information through third party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with data protection and governmental oversight laws that are different from those in effect in your jurisdiction. If we need to transfer your personal information outside the EU, we will rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
Your rights

You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting me using the contact details below. • Modification, limitation, cancellation. Except in exceptional circumstances (such as where we are not required to retain data for legal purposes), we generally delete personal information upon request. • Opposition. You can object to (i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interest and (ii) receiving marketing messages from us after you have given your explicit consent to receive them. In such cases, we will delete your personal information, unless we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue using that information or where it is required for legal reasons. • Complaint. If you are an EU resident and would like to raise a concern about the use of your information (and without prejudice to any rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
