We ship with various couriers: SDA, DHL, UPS with express shipping method that delivers from 48 hours to 3/4 days for parcels outside the EU
The customer has the right to return a damaged background by communicating it within 7 days and sending it within 14 days. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and on receipt of the parcel we will refund the costs of the backdrop and postage.

Payments
Payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and PayPal
The products are without VAT and if there is a need to pay import taxes and duties, they are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping and Returns

As soon as we receive the returned package, we will immediately issue the refund
